MI Novell 3.12 & MapInfo 5.0.1

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use MapInfo 5.0.1 with Novel 3.12?  Is
Novel 3.12 capable of handling a 32 Bit program? Can Novel 3.12 support long
file names?
