Following URL goes to NY State GIS Clearinghouse where you can download
DRG's free for the State of NY.
They are fairly large files for downloading, but the .zip file contains a
MapInfo .tab and .tfw file for use in ESRI.
They're already registered in UTM NAD27, zone 18, ready to go.
