You have to add ODBC drivers when you install MapInfo. When you
run the MapInfo 4.5 install a screen will come up like below:
"Install These Products"
MapInfo Professional
ODBC Support
Data
GPS
Clicking "ODBC Support" will install MapInfo ODBC drivers for you.
