MapInfo Pro stores it's Tool Manager in the registry. If you're familiar with REGEDIT,
take a look at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MapInfo/MapInfo/Professional/tools
You will see a list of numerical IDs, each corresponding to a tool entry. REGEDIT has
an export
feature which will allows you to save that registry data "branch" to a file and a
matching import
feature to read that file into another system.
