Chris,

Some information about the default tools is included in the registry on my
machine (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MapInfo\MapInfo\Professional\Tools).
If un-installing/installing has reset those values then you may have
problems.

Richard Burkmar.

Subject: MI Tool Manager

When upgrading MapInfo, it is recommended to uninstall first, then install
the new version.

I have just done this and have found that the tool manager has lost all my
carefully entered information.

I cannot seem to find which file originally contains the info.?
So I can at least copy/paste or apend/replace the new with the old.

Can anyone poit me in the right direction?
Thanks
Chris
