Tell me...do TIGER files need to be translated to MapInfo format? If so
who has translators?
TIGER files need to be translated into MapInfo format. The best translator
is from GIS tools and sells for $99. MapData has TIGER do-it-yourself Kits
that include TIGER 97 discs and GIS tools TGR2MIF converter. It can be found
at www.mapdata.net.
