You can first select the MBR coordinates to a table with the following:
Select
ObjectGeography(obj, 1)"minX",
ObjectGeography(obj, 2)"minY",
ObjectGeography(obj, 3)"maxX",
ObjectGeography(obj, 4)"maxY" from <shapetable> Into <newtable>
Next Run the ASCII Export Utility available from the MapInfo Website
(http://www.mapinfo.com/solutions_and_services/free/mb30util.html) on
<newtable>.
