I have a customer looking for this particular 'COMB_LAY.MBX' file to do
some work on a 911 system and he needs assistance. Judging from the name
of the program, I would venture to guess it means 'combine layers". Does
anyone have, or has anyone heard of, this particular program and would you
be so kind as to send details of it such as what it actually is, where to
find it/buy it (source code/compiled program would be great!) and I will be
sure to share with others (provided it is freeware, and not restricted by
copyrights, etc. No sense re-inventing the wheel if it already exists out
there somewhere.
