i have been using arcinfo and autocad for my digitisation work but
for a very specific project i am
required to do head's up dizitization using mapinfo ,which i have never
tried before.
please if somebody can kindly list me the steps to follow fo heads up
dizitization using a mouse and how accurate is the data
