Listers, I'm sure that there will be someone out there willing to provide me with advice on the following: What is the most detailed digital road data set available for the US (a) on a nationwide level, and (b) on a state-by-state level (or is it the same data set), and from whom would I obtain it? Are there evn more detailed datasets available, but perhaps only city-by-city? Info on the nominal scale, size of the dataset, price, currency, future release intentions, attributes, etc., all useful information as well. Format not important as it can be translated (but already in MapInfo format would obviously be useful) Your advice, aid and assistance all much appreciated.
