The tool under Tool Manager is listed as "Register a Raster Image" on the
menu of tools. You can Hack the registry to make the name of it more
easily recognizable if you'd like under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>MapInfo>MapInfo>Professional>Tools>28096
As for the documentation, I will file a bug against docs to make sure it is
included somewhere more easily found in the User's Guide or Reference
manual.
