I have written a Metadata utility that allows a user to store values for:
Title, Scale, Date, Author, Company, Revised Date, Revised By, Source,
Reference, Original Projection & Comments (as many lines as you want
depending on how many metadata keys MapBasic will let you set ?)
If there is interest in this program, I will release it as shareware.
Known problems: Gets upset with ODBC linked tables (Written in MapBasic 4.1,
does anybody know if the metadata functions have been upgraded in 4.5 or
5.0).
