my "X" and "Y" columns. These were used in the "Make Table Mappable" dialog
after I selected an "Index Type" of "XY Coordinates". Can anybody please
explain if I may maintain these columns in the browser, and also the "Info

This is a major hassle with MI and the only workaround I've found is to
create a pair of dummy columns (X1 & Y1) which contain duplicates of your
coordinates. Keep in mind though that if you manually move objects in MI
and then refresh the ODBC table you'll have to manually update X1 & Y1.
