Help please,
I am not sure where to look for the answer to this problem, but here's what
I know so far
When printing from MI5.0 to a HP2500 (A3 Inkjet) or a HP8500 (A3 Laser) MI
prints out Greyscale (no matter what the settings I have in the printer
set-up)
When I print to a HP1200c or an HP CJ1 (both A4 colour Inkjets) or an HP750C
Plus (A1 Inkjet), or a Canon Color Pass 700 (A3 colour laser) the colours
come out great.
When printing to any of the above printers from any other MS application
(i.e. WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint etc) colours print out great.
The 2500 is connected locally, however all the others are network printers.
(We are almost entirely an HP print site)
I am using NT 4.0 sp4 with NT servers.
I have tried uninstalling the printers and reinstalling them but the problem
refuses to go away.
Any suggestions, no matter how ridiculous they may seem, will be entertained
Thanks for your help

I'm using NT4.0 sp4 and Microsoft Exchange 5.0
