Listers,
Does anyone of know of a public domain or low cost program for Vector
to/from Raster conversion? The ones I have found are complete systems for
digitizing, encoding and building maps from ground zero. All I want is a
data conversion routine that "simply burns" existing points, lines and
polygons (in .MIF or Shape file forms) into a grid and the reverse. Anyone
know of such a routine?
