Hi Richard,

If your using Mapinfo version 4.1 (maybe even 4.0, I'm not sure anymore)
or more, you can use the Universal Translator, wich can be access through
the Tools menu. In the source, format drop down list, choose AutoCAD
DWG/DXF.
Locate the file to be translated on your hard drive, and don't forget to
specify
the projection.
