The DCW does not have any native projection. All data is expressed in 
latitude/longitude 
coordinates using the WGS-84 datum. So, if you bring in the data to MI, just make sure 
you 
coordinate system is "Latitude/Longitude (WGS-84)". You then have the choice of 
projecting it in 
a number of ways using MI Pro.

A word of warning - Russia's coverage in DCW is very poor in many places. Exercise 
caution in 
how you use it.
