Are all the MapInfo tables in the same projection? MapInfo does a wonderful
job of converting tables of differing projections so that they "line up"
correctly in MapInfo, but when you export them as a DXF they remain in
their native projection. For example, if you have a table in UTM
coordinates and another table in state plane coordinates, MapInfo will
display them correctly, although the coordinate systems are quite different.

If that is in deed the problem, simply saving each MapInfo table into the
same coordinate system before exporting to AutoCAD will solve the problem.
