I just put the latest revision PermaTIC, 27 Jun
1999, up on my website.
Persistant "text tics"
on left and top for Lat/Y and Lon/X tracks all window changes
Customizable number of tics,
font name/style/size/color,
displays DD.dddddd or DD MM.mm
or DD MM SS.ss
1) "settings" menu
item
2) Having the text flush with the window or
extended into the map. Center line of text is the Tic on either
orientation.
3) Displaying the deg min sec notation [o ' "]
or just a blank space, for x/y will place the units on the end
4) Works in all projections including X/Y.
5) AutoStart setting in the INI will start on
launch or wait for user to start.
6) Saving the changes made back to the INI file for
the next time.
7) Not allow the user to change the settings via
"UserChange=False" in the ini file
