My problem is I have a network of roads (polylines) each with a district
code tying that segment back to a central office.
I need to create exclusive polygons encompasing each offices' network.
I have looked at convex hulls but wonder if this will give me
non-overlapping polygons.
Short of doing digitising this manually (over 500 offices)I am at a loss for
ideas.
