Answer:
It's possible the MBX that gets executed when choosing Tools>Universal
Translator cannot find the EXE that it's supposed to initiate.
Check the tool manager and make sure that the entry for the Universal Translator
is pointing UT to the correct place. If I point the UT tool manager to a
different directory than the UT directory than I receive the same message as
well.
If this isn't the problem, try running the imutgui.exe from the \mapinfo\UT
directory to use it.
