Hallo MapInfo L'ers,
We are GIS programers from BDT, Hanoi. We are building an application
in MapInfo by MapBasic. This application runs on Windows NT 4.0, MapInfo
4.1.
This application opens about 50 tables at the same time.
It operates some tasks like making some queries, cutting
the objects and some other spatial operations. But sometimes, we have
a error massage "Too many files open!" from MapInfo.In the midle of the
process
we always close queries when finish using them.
We are wondering that error from our application or from MapInfo limitation.
We guess that error from MapInfo limitation.
If anyone has the solution to overcome this problem, please help us.
