Hi, on maps, objects often overlap. In most cases, this is not relevant (e.g. names in front of places, ways through wood etc). Sometimes however, one gets a wrong impression. I have put such an example at http://alius.ayous.org/~aba/image.png
Would it be possible to apply a (dynamic) transformation to the map so that problematic ways get moved apart enough that both ways of the conflicting pair are fully present? For me, a large street (or a railway) will always be an important land marker, so it's better if the map is a bit non-linear than if they'd disappear (like they do now). (And in case one is interessted in correct distances, as soon as one zoom in, the map will get more correct anyways.)
