Artem originally used agg. I don't know if he had considered cairo
at that point but I know he reckoned agg gave better output than the
other libraries he had tried.
I added cairo - the main advantage is that it can do vector based
output so it can produce PS/PDF/SVG as well as bitmaps.

You shouldn't need any special changesets. Just get the SVN head.
