Hi Blake,
While desired, Win32 builds, even for the latest 0.6.0 do not include
Cairo support unfortunately.
If you have been experimenting with building on Win32 with cairo you
may be farther ahead in testing than anyone.
I'd create a trac ticket and post your progress so far.
