Hi All, I've had success with Cairo rendering when building from source in Ubuntu, but under Win2k3 Server I can't seem to get all the dependencies compiled/linked (with either cygwin or vc++ 2008). I've tinkered extensively with the vc sol'n from the experimental-pdf branch (great work on documenting that, btw), but I haven't gotten any positive results since adding the cairo/cairomm/pixman build process and the most recent mapnik trunk files. I'd really like to use the PDF surface output on this windows machine, so if anyone has a Release build of anything from 0.5 to 0.6 they wouldn't mind pointing me to, I'd really appreciate it.
