Hello, Before to post a stupid bug ticket I prefer asking the mailing list.
I have several big PNG rasters (4096x4096 PNG image with a pgw world file) Those png's have been generated with mapnik 0.6.1 library. In version 0.6.1 I could perfectly reuse them a source and generate tiles out of them. With my built version of mapnik 0.7.0 library and plugin, when I render the same tile I get an horribly bad quality image. Seems to be highly compressed actually. I build mapnik lib and plugins myself under 0.6.1 and 0.7.0 If I use the plugin built with 0.7.0 sources I get a wrong image [1] If I use the plugin built with 0.6.1 sources I get a right image [2] If I use the plugin from win32 binaries I get an error (application crashes) I did not encounter this issue when using a tiff raster I got from another source. So is it a bug, or is there something I missed ? Kindly help, Nicolas.
