The source and binary packages are both from the debian "squeeze" release
which is the latest version. Is it likely that this release still contains a
bug that was fixed 4 years ago?
Is there a particularly piece of code that I can check in the source or a
file that I could post/send to you so we check for that bug?
The machine is clean of earlier installations. The server was set up in
August and I am sure that only the original queeze mapnik and the debug
version are on the machein.
