The last upstream release of the Agg library was 4 years ago: http://www.antigrain.com/download/index.html I believe Mapnik includes a copy of the 2.4 release, prior to it being relicensed in release 2.5. The active development now seems to be occurring in this fork: http://agg.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/agg/agg-2.4/ I don't know if anyone has tried to push the Mapnik fixes to either of these projects.
