Yes, the daemon did have a problem and died today on job 42973. We fixed a bunch of issues today with the rendering daemon, but apparently when it fails on a GEOS intersect() error, even the parent process dies and I can't figure out why for now. In the meantime I've restarted the daemon and put something in place that will automatically restart it when it dies, but it is something we need to investigate.
