On the [email protected] mailing list, Arnaud Vandecasteele
<[email protected]> has suggested to create an API to start the rendering
of a map and get the result. He wants to regularly (for example once a month),
do the rendering of all cities of La Réunion, France.
It is already possible to do a POST request to start the rendering, but
there's no easy web to get the job status and the rendering results themselves
from a script. Some XML or JSON based API would be useful here.
