You can subscribe to the RSS feed of the Git repository to get
notifications when commits are done, but you can't filter per-file.

However, long-term, one idea is to use Transifex (for which a
MapOSMatic space has already been created). This should make the
process of keeping translations up-to-date a bit easier for
translators. But we still have to figure out what's the appropriate
workflow to push the latest .po files to Transifex.
