HDFS tests passed with the new common and mapreduce jars. I verified that with
just the new common jars, the tests fail, because the distributed cache classes
are removed from the common jar files, and that they pass with the new
mapreduce jars. This means that the new common and mapreduce jars need to be
committed to the HDFS subprojects.
