Add getCumulativeCpuTime in ProcfsBasedProcessTree.
cumulativeCpuTime =
total of (utime + stime) for all current subprocesses +
total of (final utime + final stime) for all finished subprocess.
This is done by parsing utime and stime in /proc/<pid>/stat.
