Code looks good. I have some testcase improvements in my mind.
- TestStreamingStatus.testStreamingStatus() seems redundant except for the
'status report from user' check. Can we include the later into
testReportingPerlScript() and dump the redundant testcase altogether?
- TestStreamingStatus covers all possibilities with your patch and
TestStreamingEmptyInpNonemptyOut doesn't seem to require its own testcase. Can
we combine these two easily?
