The code here is a bit more complex then I expected. None of the tests come
even close to compiling, and as designed none of the tests have a chance of
passing unless I can somehow write to ${HADOOP_CONF_DIR}/taskcontroller.cfg,
which by default is pointing to /. Instead I would like to take a different
route and "mock" out the executable, so that I can get back the data I care
about. Is this acceptable to you?
