OK that sounds very reasonable. I can add in the tests and disable them by
default unless explicitly enabled. I will include in the javadocs for the test
instructions about how to setup and run the tests. Then in MAPREDUCE-3121
after most of the data is passed in on the command line if we can also migrate
as many of the tests over to not need to be explicitly enabled that would be
great.
