Luke, is there anything that handles query parameters already in the framework?
I'm not seeing it handled anywhere. I see that it handles adding in more to
the path like the rm:8088/cluster/nodes/<node state>. But what about like
rm:8088/cluster/nodes?state=RUNNING.
