Tucu, the patch I uploaded earlier adresses all your layout and build comments,
i.e., moving rumen stuff, GetGroups, DistCp, DistCh, etc. to hadoop-tools,
moving MemoryCalculatorPlugin to test instead of main, and removing version
from the examples pom. I didn't remove DistCp because I thought it might be
better to have it removed in the context of adding the new DistCp for easier
future tracking. What do you think?
