Ahmed,

* The rumen POM should define hadoop-mapreduce-client-hs with 'compile' scope, 
otherwise compilation fails.
* distcp, distch & getgroups don't belong in hadoop-archives. they should be in 
their one module or we should have generic tools module where to club them 
together.

Other than that things look good.

And the plus thing is that your rumen changes enable MAPREDUCE-3543 to compile 
cleanly after a minor tweak there (removing an unused import)
