Thanks for the fix, but I misspoke earlier. I meant to type
SecurityUtilTestHelper.setTokenServiceUseIp rather than
SecurityUtil.setTokenServiceUseIp. That would have precluded the need to
change the visibility of SecurityUtil.setTokenServiceUseIp. My apologies for
the confusion.
