Hi Tsuyoshi,
Sorry, I missed that. We can either unconditionally create a
{{CombineOutputCollector}} object and pass it to
{{ShuffleConsumerPlugin.Context}} or we can eliminate that argument as well.
It can be instantiated in {{MergeManagerImpl}} when {{combinerRunner}} is not
{{null.}} What do you think?
