Thanks for updating the patch, just a couple of minor things I happened to
catch:
fetchFilureEvent s/b fetchFailureEvent
The indentation on testFetchFailureAttemptFinishTime is messed up because it
was inadvertently committed originally with tabs instead of spaces. Would you
mind replacing the tabs with spaces in that test so the code lines up?
