Hi [~devaraj.k],
On the second glance small correction is there, if its uber job then no need to
do this registration {{RMContainerAllocator}} @ ln 252. Also would like to get
this check whether its a uber job and the configuration enabled in a common
static method which can be used in MAPREDUCE-6784 jira too.
