If you set a class to @InterfaceAudience.Private, then it will be considered
@InterfaceStability.Unstable unless you really want it to be stable. I guess
here, we want it to be Unstable. Sorry, I find another thing. package-info.java
isn't necessary. Suggested to remove it.
