Dear MapServer PSC members,
As release manager, I feel that the latest RC2 package has successfully
passed everyone's testing, and I now motion to release the final
MapServer 8.0.0
Starting with my +1
(will package all of this later today or over the weekend)
Thanks for each and every developer, commenter, tester, user throughout
release process.
