Thanks Even - yes this is really only some initial funding to try and get the 
tasks started. I've updated the wiki page accordingly. Hopefully the NLnet 
Foundation grant will be successful, or we find some other grants/sponsorships 
to help get things completed. 
Interesting to see that the GeoServer crowd campaign is up to 440,000 EUR - 
https://geoserver.org/sponsor/gs3-crowdfunding, although as I understand it, 
the funds are only gathered when it gets to 550,000 EUR.
