I've created a small test case to reproduce (and included the commands
to run) and filed a ticket:

Also, I've noticed that when running the GetMap request at the
commandline, 7.0.2 returns this odd error message (works fine with 7.0.1):
*** BUG ***
In ???: The expression bits == NULL || (rowstride_bytes % sizeof
(uint32_t)) == 0 was false
Set a breakpoint on '_pixman_log_error' to debug
