Thanks Jeff and Even, Now I also understand. I have been using a Debian standard built Mapserver 7.01 for development and a Centos Mapserver 7.01 as target env.
It was in the Centos environment I had the trouble last week with the Layer opacity. I guess we built the Centos Mapserver with pixman for some reason.
