Actually, I also need Java Mapscript suppport. I don't think the package
you indicated has support for any programming language but PHP.

Sure, for Windows, Maptools.org provide a MapServer binary outside of MS4W
package. Look for mapserver-4.8.1-win32-php5.1.2.zip at
http://dl.maptools.org/dl. I think that's the most recent version
available
for windows. If you're looking for Linux binaries, check here:
http://mappinghacks.com/rpm/
If you are on Linux, you're better off compiling MapServer from source.
Precompiled binaries might include libraries that conflict with those
already
in your system.
